Contracts and Tenders

The Transparency Code requires local authorities to publish information on all invitations to tender and on any contracts for goods and/or services where the total value exceeds £5,000.

Tender Information Requirements

For each tender opportunity, the following information must be made available:

• Reference number
• Title
• A summary of the goods and/or services being sought
• The start date, end date, and any review date

Billing Parish Council will publish details of any tender invitations and contracts below, as and when required.
