Contracts and Tenders

The Transparency Code states that local authorities are required to publish information on all invitations to tender, as well as any contracts for goods and/or services, where the total value exceeds £5,000.

For each tender opportunity, the following information must be made available:

• Reference number
• Title
• A summary of the goods and/or services being sought
• The start date, end date, and any review date

Billing Parish Council will publish details of any tender invitations and contracts as and when required below.
