Land, Buildings and Other Assets

In line with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015, parish councils are encouraged to publish details of the land and building assets they own or manage.
Billing Parish Council meets this requirement by publishing an annual Asset Register, which provides a full and comprehensive list of all land, buildings, and other assets owned or managed by the Council.

Below list all land and buildings assets held by the Parish Council:

We do not yet hold deeds for all parish owned land, but we are actively in the process of obtaining the remaining documentation, and additional records will be published here as soon as they are received.
