Billing Parish Council operates with a small, dedicated team focused on delivering efficient and responsive local services.
Our staffing structure consists of:
- Parish Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer (RFO)
The Council’s chief officer, responsible for administration, governance, financial management, climate and nature champion and supporting councillors in carrying out their duties.
