| Great Billing Lower School was being included in the councils plans to change the 3 tier education system (Lower, Middle & Upper) back to Primary & Secondary. This proposal included closing Great Billing School in the village and create a Primary school on the site of Ecton Brook Lower School in Sept 2004. |
