Steve Marsh, Councillor

I am currently serving my second term as a Parish Councillor and, following my service as an appointed Judicial Officer with HM Courts, I am delighted to continue serving the Billing community and representing the residents of Great Billing on the Council.

I am passionate about supporting our parish and am always willing to help wherever I can. For the past 40 years, I have been the custodian of The Elwes Arms in Great Billing. During that time, alongside many local residents and regular patrons, I have helped raise more than £250,000 for charities and community projects across Billing and the wider Northamptonshire area.
